Post Production
Image Editing and Photo Restoration
The Charleston Center for Photography offers post-production and picture restoration by our talented editing staff. Our clients can trust us with their photography because we provide only the highest quality and consistent results every time.
We restore a copy of your old photographs, so they look nearly the way they did when they were first printed. First, we will scan your old print to create a digital file, and then we estimate the cost of removing scratches, imperfections and spots. Our professional staff will also fix color fading and aging blemishes.
For clients who just want to jazz up their work, we can help you too. We apply global exposure, white balance, and contrast adjustments based on your criteria to your choice of JEPG or TIFF files. We’ll straighten images, crop, or correct extreme exposure or white balance issues. We’ll covert your color images to black and white or sepia if you like or we can even develop a signature color finish that’s unique to your image alone. We smooth and retouch skin, remove blemishes, and eradicate redeye.
All quotes based on the extent of image editing needed. For image restoration, the file must be examined in person by one of the editing team.
